The Discovery class provides an introduction to the Yoga Trapeze and must be completed before signing up on the 6 week Yoga Trapeze course.
During this 60 minute class you will learn all about the Trapeze how it can help improve Strength, Flexibility and Balance.

Once you have completed the Yoga Trapeze Discovery Class, you will be able to sign up for one of our 6 week Yoga Trapeze classes these are weekly classes that are designed to develop and build strength and Flexibility to improve your Mat based practice.
